What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as local African payment methods via Dodo Payments. Both gateways are available at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status any time from your account dashboard.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for physical products in original condition. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
How do digital products work?
After payment is confirmed, a download link is emailed to you immediately. Links are valid for 7 days and can be reactivated from your account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order may already be in fulfilment. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
How do I contact support?

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We never store card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe and Dodo Payments — both are PCI-DSS compliant.
