We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change pricing for any product at any time. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. Digital Products
Digital products are licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing is prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
ZestyShop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or products purchased. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
