Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you buy. Here is how returns work.
Physical Products
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- To start a return, contact us via the Contact page with your order number.
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
Digital Products
- Digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
- If you have a technical issue accessing your download, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
- Refunds are granted at our discretion for purchases where the download was not accessed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.
